When you decide to live in the Honors Living Learning Community at Kennesaw State, you are able to share similar experiences with other Honors students and rely on each other for academic and personal support. Residents of Honors housing also have access to special housing events hosted by KSU Journey Honors College. Both first-year students and upperclassmen are eligible to live in the Honors community.

Honors Living-Learning Community suites are composed of apartment style rooms of either 2 or 4 bedrooms. Apartments are fully furnished with full-size beds, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and full kitchen appliances. An exclusive study lounge with meeting space for Honors students is located in the community.

Locations:
Austin Residence Complex 200 and 400 Buildings (Kennesaw)
Hornet Village 100 Building - Terrace Level (Marietta).

Students interested in living in the Honors Living-Learning Community will indicate their interest on the Housing Application through the Housing & Residence Life portal. On the Housing application, students may choose up to three living-learning communities to rank.

Once the Housing application is complete, students’ information is reviewed by KSU Journey Honors College to verify acceptance to the University Honors Program. To be selected to live in the Honors Living-Learning Community, students must be accepted into the KSU Journey Honors College by the Living-Learning Community application deadline.

Placements are made based on availability. Those who have submitted their Housing application first, are placed first. To ensure consideration in the Honors Living-Learning Community, please complete your Housing application as soon as possible.

If you have questions about your application, please contact Housing & Residence Life at 470-578-8663 or livinglearning@kennesaw.edu.
